I just wanted to take a second and give the El Paso Int Airport Enterprise crew a Thank You! I originally had a rental set up with Avis however my flight was delayed 4 times...I missed their counter closing by 10 mins. Enterprise was there to save the day. The nicest employee named Hugh helped us...even said "for the record, I don't leave until the very last flight comes in bc I know how they can run behind". He was kind, understanding and accommodating. 5 stars to this team!!

Christian at the Enterprise on Pembroke Road, Fort Lauderdale FL was the best at attending our needs and concerns. I had a tire issue and he went above and beyond to help me. He made sure I was taken care of and ensured the health inspections for the car. Would always rent from him.

We needed to rent a car for an out of state trip, so we visited the local office.
They happily put us into a new Chevy Equinox. Very clean.
I suffer from back issues, and I found the seat not comfortable for my ailment.
So, I stopped at a branch near the hotel we were at. I explained my situation and asked if they could get me into something more comfortable for my back. Andrea at the PIckerington Ohio office was very pleasant, and told me it was no problem. She put us into a minivan, which I know costs more. However, when asked her about the upcharge, she said that she waved it and was sorry about my issues.
Yup, I'll be a lifelong customer

Sevilla Airport, Sep. 2020: Returned a car with two long scratches on the doors, caused by an idiot while the car was in a park area. No excess paid at the reservation, but I was charged less then that stated on the contract, and I've got back the difference between the excess and the actual cost of the repair in about 2 months. A very straightforward service: thank you!

I rented a car from Enterprise in South Boston, Va. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with them. I rented a luxury suv for 6 days!! I had no problem with pick up or drop off. The manager Albert Logan and his team did an excellent job with their customer service. I would definitely recommend Enterprise in South Boston, Va if anyone is in the area and needs to rent a vehicle.

The gentleman that checked me in when I rented and returned did an outstanding job!!! He was very clean cut and professional. This is who you want representing your brand as a business. I rented the grey minivan for a week and turned it in today at 0830

Rented a van in Cheltenham to help some friends move, and can't say I was more pleased. The service we received at the Tewkesbury road branch by Hannah Reeks and the others was brilliant. You wouldn't believe Hannah is just a trainee, because her professionalism and passion describing everything that I needed to know was worth noting. I'm not surprised she is in training for Management because any business would appreciate someone like her at their company. Keep it up girl! The van I drove was perfect for its use and even though I was not able to fill the tank to it's like-for-like policy, they were able to charge me the same as a nearby petrol station. Which saved me the trip. I was grateful. Would recommend using this branch and would use again in the future.

Rented a van from Hemel Hempstead branch. Ross was professional, friendly and efficient and explained everything in detail, even tuning the radio to my favourite station. He couldn’t have done a better job and I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

I want to thank the agents, Ross and Pat, at the Cherry Bottom Rd location in Gahanna, OH for their speedy and diligent efforts to correct a billing error for my recent 3 week rental. I wish every business ran this efficiently. IN addition, they were some of the happiest employees I have met in a long time.

I went to the Enterprise location in Worth, IL where the customer service was exceptional! Jamere Walton went above and beyond to ensure that my mom and I were satisfied, and his positive energy made the entire process run very smoothly. Definitely recommend him as a sales representative; he is great!

I'd like to applaud Andrew at your Forest Park, Il location on Roosevelt Rd... my Mom rented a vehicle drove to Memphis, TN in a rental that had a light come on the dashboard on the highway and an awkward noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Made several attempts to reach an enterprise in TN being told they had no other vehicles to trade. Andrew worked his magic got her in another vehicle for her trip back to Illinois and made a follow-up call to make sure she was ok. Please consider him for any up coming promotions. He's Awesome!

I just want to say I will definitely be using Enterprise in the future I rented a car and I woke up a couple days later after having the car and there was a slash in the rear tire I called they took care of it immediately and had me take it to the tire place and got a brand new tire and I didn't have to pay for it it released a lot of stress off my shoulders especially with just losing my vehicle and a lot going on in my life I'd like to thank you Enterprise and all your employees at the steubenville Ohio office you're awesome and the people at the roadside assistance that I spoke to thank you I will definitely refer younes over any other place
