The shuttle showed up faster than I expected after I landed, which is not usually how these things go. The driver was nice enough and helped with my bag, and I got to the Enterprise counter without any drama. Easy start to the trip, especially for an airport shuttle.

I had to get a billing issue fixed on our company account and expected it to turn into a whole back-and-forth. Instead, the support team was easy to reach and got it handled quickly. It was nice dealing with someone who actually understood corporate accounts and didn’t make it more complicated than it needed to be.

"Easy Last-Minute Rental"
I booked last minute through enterprise i was a little surprised they still had a few cars available. The website showed what they had, and when I got there, it actually matched, which doesn’t always happen with rental places. I ended up getting a clean SUV without waiting around or hearing that there were no cars left. It was easy, easy overall, and I’d definitely use them again.

Support did answer my question eventually, but it took longer than I expected and I had to repeat myself a couple times, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it felt like way more effort on my end than it needed to be. Overall, just kind of average.

Picked up my rental it was really clean. Like, no weird smells, no trash left behind, nothing like that. The seats looked clean, the dash was wiped down, and it just felt taken care of. It made the whole trip feel a lot nicer, really.

The car itself was totally fine, and the staff were nice enough, so no big disaster or anything. I will say, though, I felt like they pushed hard on the extra insurance and upgrades, which got a little tiring after a while. I’d already had a long travel day and just wanted to get on the road, plus I was weirdly hungry and thinking about where to find coffee—so standing at the desk longer than necessary wasn’t ideal. Overall, not a terrible experience, just more annoying than it needed to be.

My only frustration was really just bad timing on my part because I waited until the last minute, so options were a bit limited. Still, the booking process itself was smooth and I’d use it again.

"Honestly better than I expected"
I’ve used the Enterprise app a few times now and, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting much because rental apps can be kind of hit or miss. But this one has worked every time for me. Booking was easy, changing my pickup time actually went through without any hassle, and checking the rental details loaded fine with no random crashes. It made the whole rental process less annoying than I thought it would be. 5 stars from me.

"Worked out, but not exactly what I booked"
I booked a car on enterprise.com and most of the reservation stuff was right when I showed up. The pickup time and price matched what I saw online, so that part was fine. The only thing was the car type wasn’t the one I actually picked, which was a little annoying. They ended up giving me something similar and it worked for what I needed, so it wasn’t a big deal or anything. Overall, not a bad experience, but I do wish the site was a bit better about showing what’s really available...

"Deposit came back okay, billing was clear"
Rented a car from enterprise and it was smooth overall. They put a deposit hold on my card, which I was expecting, and it came back a few days after I returned the car. Final bill was exactly what they told me at pickup, no random extra fees or anythng like that. Only giving 4 stars because I kinda wish they explained how long the deposit release would take a little better.

"Decent rental, but could’ve been cleaner"
The rental itself went fine, but the car was just kind of average. There were a few scratches on the outside, and when I got in, I noticed crumbs in the seats?? It drove okay and got me where I needed to go, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. I just expected it to be a bit cleaner, you know??

"Almost suspiciously convenient pickup spot"
I used enterprise.com to find a rental car, the branch locations were almost too convenient. Like, one was close to my house and another was near my work, which had me wondering if the algorithm knew way more about my daily routine than it should.
Still, I’m not complaining. I was in a hurry, and pickup and drop-off were both really easy. No weird delays, no confusing process, just in and out, which felt rare enough these days to make me mildly suspicious.
Not much else to say other than it worked well and saved me time. If this is part of some grand plan to make renting cars easier, I guess I’m fine with it. I’d use them again.
