I booked with Enterprise and the payment process was easy. My card went through without any strange extra steps, and they explained the hold clearly enough. Pickup was smooth too, from what I remember. Overall, it just felt like one of those rental experiences where paying isn’t made more complicated than it needs to be.

I got my refund without any hassle, which was a relief. I wasn’t sure if I was going to have to follow up a bunch of times or if I was missing some step, but it ended up being straightforward.

The shuttle showed up faster than I expected after I landed, which is not usually how these things go. The driver was nice enough and helped with my bag, and I got to the Enterprise counter without any drama. Easy start to the trip, especially for an airport shuttle.

Rented a car from enterprise and it was smooth overall. They put a deposit hold on my card, which I was expecting, and it came back a few days after I returned the car. Final bill was exactly what they told me at pickup, no random extra fees or anythng like that. Only giving 4 stars because I kinda wish they explained how long the deposit release would take a little better.

The rental itself went fine, but the car was just kind of average. There were a few scratches on the outside, and when I got in, I noticed crumbs in the seats?? It drove okay and got me where I needed to go, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. I just expected it to be a bit cleaner, you know??
